2026 AuditWare for Texas School Districts Renewal + Reports Created

Audit TSD is designed to create the annual financial report for Texas school audits. It uses the state-mandated chart of accounts and will produce all of the supplemental schedules required by the Texas Education Agency (TEA), in addition to the basic report. It also produces the audit report in the electronic submission formats (PDF file and text file formats) required by the TEA. More than one out of every three school district audit reports in Texas was produced with Audit TSD last year. We have offered this product since 1989, making it our flagship product.

AUDITWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

As a user of AuditWare, I understand that AuditWare Development Company, Inc. retains ownership of this custom software and online application (hereinafter also known as “the product”) and that it is licensed to me for the production and printing of financial reports for my organization or for my clients, along with closely associated activities, and for no other uses.  Sale, gift or loan of the product to a third party is explicitly excluded.  I also agree the product is provided on an “as is” basis and that no warranty is stated or implied by my use of the product which would produce liability on the part of AuditWare Development Company, Inc.  in excess of the amount paid for the product, and that this license agreement includes all future releases of the product which I may receive.

Restrictions

You may not alter the product or online system in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows.  You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the product to a human perceivable form. You may not modify, rent or resell the product for profit, or create any derivative works, based upon the product.  Publication or distribution of the annual password or some of its part is strictly prohibited!

AuditWare Development Company, Inc. will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if AuditWare Development Company, Inc. or an agent of AuditWare Development Company, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  In no event will AuditWare Development Company, Inc. be liable for costs of any damages, exceeding the price paid for the product license, regardless of the form of the claim.
